Who is responsible for your data

The controller of personal data collected through this website is [Entity name — under formation], [registered address to be added], contactable through the contact form on this site. Until the entity is formally established, the founding operator acts as controller. This notice will be updated with the final controller identity and registration details before any marketing beyond pre-marketing begins.

What we collect and why

This website does not set analytics or advertising cookies and does not profile visitors. We process personal data only when you choose to send it to us:

• Contact form. Your name, email address and message. Purpose: answering your enquiry and any follow-up correspondence you invite. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries you initiate (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Access request form. Your name, email address, optional message and your professional-investor self-attestation. Purpose: assessing and administering access to the gated strategy pages and documenting that access was requested at your own initiative by a professional investor. Legal basis: legitimate interest and, where applicable, steps taken at your request prior to entering into a relationship (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Sign-in. When you sign in, a session cookie strictly necessary for the sign-in to work is set for 30 minutes. It contains no tracking identifier.

Who processes it

Form submissions are delivered to us by Resend, Inc., a United States email-delivery provider acting as our processor. Transfers to the United States rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and, where Resend holds an active certification, the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. The website is served by Cloudflare, Inc., which processes technical connection data (such as IP addresses) to deliver and protect the site. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with anyone else.

How long we keep it

Enquiry and access-request correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle your request and then for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless a longer period is required to comply with law or to document regulatory pre-marketing obligations. You can ask us to delete it earlier at any time.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access to, rectification or erasure of your personal data, restriction of or objection to its processing, and a copy of the data in a portable format. Contact us through the contact form to exercise any of these rights. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish supervisory authority, Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY), Box 8114, 104 20 Stockholm, www.imy.se, or with the supervisory authority where you live or work.
